1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ShiftSwap website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Fee Changes: ShiftSwap, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShiftSwap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
