Rights of the Data Subject

As a user of ShiftSwap you are a "Data Subject" under the law. We acknowledge and respect your rights, which include:

1. Right to be Informed

You have the right to be informed whether personal data pertaining to you shall be, are being, or have been processed. This includes the details of what data is being collected and the purposes for processing.

2. Right to Access

You may demand reasonable access to your personal data, including the sources from which they were obtained, the manner of data processing, and the recipients of the personal data.

3. Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including processing for direct marketing, automated processing, or profiling.

4. Right to Rectification

You have the right to dispute the inaccuracy or error in the personal data and have the specific request to correct it immediately, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable.

5. Right to Erasure or Blocking

You have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal data from our filing system upon discovery and substantial proof that the personal data are incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
